Products & Descriptions

SskullHit offers premium coffee products, including blends and instant coffee, sourced and crafted for quality and strength. We make every effort to display product descriptions, ingredients, and images as accurately as possible.

  • All product images on the website are for illustrative purposes only; actual packaging may vary slightly.
  • We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or substitute any product without prior notice.
  • Products are sold for personal consumption only and are not intended for resale without prior written consent.
  • Availability is subject to stock; we are not liable if a product is unavailable after your order is placed.

SskullHit products are 100% pure coffee — no fillers, no preservatives. Product details are listed on each product page and on the packaging.


Ordering & Payment

All orders placed through sskullhit.com are subject to acceptance and availability. Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion.

  • Orders are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.
  • Payment must be made in full at checkout. We accept all major payment methods available at checkout.
  • A confirmation email will be sent once your order is successfully placed. This is not a guarantee of dispatch.
  • If payment fails or is declined, the order will not be processed. Please ensure your payment details are correct before submitting.
  • We use secure, third-party payment processors. SskullHit does not store your card details.

In the event of a pricing error on our website, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund, regardless of order confirmation.


Shipping & Delivery

We ship across India. Estimated delivery timelines are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances including courier issues, public holidays, or weather conditions.

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment.
  • Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
  • SskullHit is not responsible for delays or losses caused by the courier after dispatch.
  • Ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate. We are not liable for failed delivery due to incorrect addresses.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, please contact us at cup@sskullhit.com and we will investigate promptly.

Returns & Refunds

We stand behind the quality of every bag we ship. If there is an issue with your order, we want to make it right.

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for damaged, defective, or incorrect items only.
  • To initiate a return, contact us at cup@sskullhit.com with your order number and photo evidence of the issue.
  • Opened or consumed products are not eligible for return unless they are demonstrably defective.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
  • We do not accept returns for change of mind.

For the Buy 1 Get 1 FREE offer — both items must be returned together if a return is requested. Partial returns on bundled offers are not accepted.

Promotional Offers

SskullHit may offer promotional pricing, discount codes, or special deals from time to time. All offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or modified at any time.

  • Promotional offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
  • Discount codes must be applied at checkout; they cannot be applied retrospectively after an order is placed.
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders that attempt to exploit pricing errors or promotional loopholes.
  • The "Buy 1, Get 1 FREE" offer applies only to eligible products as listed in the Sale collection and requires no code.

All content on sskullhit.com — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, imagery, copy, and product photography — is the exclusive property of SskullHit and is protected by applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws.

  • The SskullHit name, skull logo, and brand identity are trademarks of SskullHit. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SskullHit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

  • Our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product in question.
